A short (kangaroo) hop to the mainland

Today I took the early ferry to the mainland and headed North of Adelaide.
I stopped and saw Hieu Ly's tomato business at Wellington Corner before driving on to Riverton to stay with Stephen and Nikki Balls on their arable farm (with a few sheep).
Collaboration between tomato growers is non-existant according to Hieu! To put that comment in context, they run a family business (partnership) that is generally self-sustained, resulting in less appetite to become involved in a highly geared co-operative or similar.
